At our company, we guarantee that all factories we work with must adhere to the following standards:

– Working Hours, Wages, and Overtime Compensation: Working hours, wages (including overtime and holiday pay), and rest days must comply with all local laws and meet or exceed the statutory minimum wage or industry standards in the region.

– Fair Disciplinary Practices: Factory disciplinary procedures must be fair to employees and documented for future reference.

– Employee Training and Development: Factories are encouraged to promote training and education to help employees better understand their roles and maintain safe working environments.

– No Child Labor: Factories must comply with standards prohibiting child labor as outlined in ILO Conventions 138 and 182, as well as Article 32 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

– Non-Discrimination and Harassment-Free Workplaces: Factories must ensure there is no discrimination or harassment in the workplace, adhering to ILO Conventions 100 and 111.

– Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining: Factories must respect workers’ rights to freely associate and bargain collectively, as stipulated in ILO Conventions 87 and 98.

– No Forced Labor: Factories must comply with the standards prohibiting all forms of forced labor in ILO Conventions 29 and 105.

– Health and Safety in the Workplace: Factories must maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in line with ILO Conventions 155 and 170.
